CANCELLATIONS


TOP MARQ'S Detailing requires at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations, failure to do so will incur a 30% fee of the service booked,full payment will be required if slot cannot be filled.


A full charge will be applied if we turn up to find the vehicle unavailable for us to carry out the pre-arranged service without prior notice.


PAYMENT


TOP MARQ'S Detailing accepts payment in the form of cash, card payment & bank transfer.


Where credit facilities exist, payment in full is required within 7 days from date of invoice.


TOP MARQ'S Detailing reserves to right to hold any vehicle until payment of services has been paid


All Bookings now require a 30% deposit.


TOP MARQ'S Detailing will not accept liability for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in a vehicle whilst it is being worked upon.


Customers should remove all personal belongings, money and other significant items from their vehicle prior to any type of interior service.


TOP MARQ'S Detailing will not be held responsible for any damage to your vehicle arising from ill fitting trim, loose or faulty parts etc. Please ensure you make us aware of any potential problems before we start our service.


Top Marq's will take photos & videos throughout your booking for reference & media purposes. Please advise prior to completion if you do not wish your vehicle to appear on any media.


TOP MARQ'S Detailing reserves the right to alter or move a booking in line with weather conditions and other such occurrences, without penalty and will always contact the client to re-book.


All vehicles are cleaned at the customer's own risk.


Quotations may be subject to change once we have seen your vehicle.


TOP MARQ'S Detailing reserves the right to charge each vehicle according to its condition, the type of vehicle and the customer location.


TOP MARQ'S Detailing times are an estimate only. Each vehicle is different and may require more or less time than originally stated to fulfill the type of service.


TOP MARQ'S Detailing cannot be held accountable for any mechanical issues whilst working on, collecting or delivering customer's cars. If any delays are incurred due to mechanical issues, then this additional time is chargeable.
